Use it for a real planning session

Group each item by the store or online seller, name the recipient, and set an order-by date early enough for the real pickup or delivery deadline. Sort your errands by store before leaving home. Mark each item after purchase and keep confirmation, address or rewards reminders in Notes rather than relying on memory.

The examples cover a local shop, online coffee roaster, craft store, photo printer and book shop, each with a separate order and delivery deadline.
